绿豆甘草茶


【出处】《食物中药与便方》
【组成】绿豆60克,甘草15克。
【功用】清热解毒。
【主治】有机磷农药中毒及毒蕈中毒。
【制法】取绿豆60克,生甘草15克。共研为粗末,纳入热水瓶中,冲入沸水适量,盖闷20~30分钟。频频代茶饮用。日夜各1剂,必要时6小时1剂。
【宜忌】凡食入有毒菌蕈或有机磷农药(如农药1605)时间在3~4小时以内,毒物的大部或部分尚未进入肠道或未被完全吸收,应按急救常规,用盐水或绿豆汤反复多次洗胃后再服本茶剂。
【按语】绿豆配甘草煎汤频服,是中医常用的解毒方。绿豆甘寒无毒,有清凉解渴,中和解毒的作用,是用于食物中毒、药草中毒、金石药中毒的佳品。《本草纲目》说:“绿豆肉平皮寒,解金石、砒霜、草木一切诸毒,宜连皮生研水服。”《景岳全书》称它“性非苦寒,不伤脾气,且善于解毒,除烦退热,止泻,大利小水,乃浅易中之最佳最捷者也。”生甘草泻火解毒,《别录》谓其“解为药毒”,《本草图经》说它“能解百毒,为众药之要”。实验研究表明,甘草含甘草酸和甘草甜素等,对某些毒物有类似葡萄糖醛酸的解毒作用。还有类似肾上腺皮质激素作用,有抗炎、抗变态反应、解毒等多种功效。但农药中毒,病情危急,宜中西医结合抢救。
