鲜嫩枸杞叶250克，冬笋50克，水发香菇50克，葱花15克，精盐4克，味精2克，白糖6克，植物油25克。
制法: （1）枸杞叶择洗干净，将冬笋，香菇切成细丝。
（2）炒锅上旺火，放油烧至七成热，下葱花稍煸，下入笋丝，香菇丝，略炒后随即将枸杞叶倒入锅内煸炒，加入精盐，味精，白糖翻炒几下，起锅装盘即成。
