Three aspects of primary research were processed, that was, the formation and enlargement of in vitro bulblet; the characateristic of growth and dormancy and transplantation of bulblet in vitro.
本试验选用东方百合‘西伯利亚’和‘索邦’两个品种的鳞片为外植体,经诱导分化、继代培养的组培苗为材料,主要对试管鳞茎的形成和膨大、试管鳞茎的生长和休眠特性以及试管鳞茎的移栽这三方面进行了研究,结果如下: 1、试管鳞茎的形成和膨大 主要研究了蔗糖、NAA、大量元素浓度、光照及综合因素对试管鳞茎形成和膨大的影响,研究发现当蔗糖浓度为90 g/L时最有利于鳞茎的形成和膨大;0。
