In this study, with the sampled soils from Yuanyang terraced field which is the typical case of paddy soil, the characteristics of DIR in soil in different soil layers at different altitudes were investigated through the indoor analysis and indoor cultivation under constant temperature and anaerobic conditions.
实验获得以下主要结果:(1)元阳梯田具有典型代表性的三大景区土壤pH值整体呈酸性或强酸性;基本养分含量比较贫乏,且区域分布极不均匀,区域间平均含量除全磷以外都达到了显著差异水平(5%差异水平),特别是有效铁平均含量在三景区差异变化最大,两两景区之间都达到了显著差异;景区内部也同样,不同样点之间含量差异变化较大,且多数处于缺乏状态。

元阳梯田的垂直变化特性是它主要的特征,为促进元阳梯田的持续利用,对元阳梯田不同海拔、不同土层土壤进行实地采样调查,并分析测定了有机质和碱解氮,结果表明:(1)元阳梯田表层土壤有机质含量总体达到二级水平,含量比同区域平坝区的水稻土还高;而梯田土壤中的碱解氮含量较低,含量低于同区域平坝区的水稻土;(2)元阳梯田相同土层中有机质含量随着海拔的降低而减少,但在谷底低海拔区含量突增;同一海拔段土壤有机质随着土层深度增加而呈下降趋势,但谷底低海拔区上层土壤中有机质含量相对均匀;(3)元阳梯田同一土壤层中碱解氮含量随着海拔的降低而增加,但在谷底呈现出突减;同一海拔段土壤碱解氮含量随着土层深度增加而增加,但在离村庄最近的中高海拔位置却随深度增加先减后增。

英国宪章运动左翼领袖之一。青年时期投身工人运动，"伦敦工人协会"创建人之一。1839年曾被捕入狱。1842年末任宪章派刊物《北极星报》副主编，后任主编。1843～1845年先后结识F.恩格斯与K.马克思，受到共产主义思想的影响。1845年 9月，组建国际民主派"兄弟协会"，任书记。1847年参加共产主义者同盟。1849～1850年当选为全国宪章派执行委员会委员。正值欧洲反动势力猖獗，革命报刊被取缔，1850年11月，在他创办的《红色共和党人》上发表了《共产党宣言》的第 1个英文译本，宣传科学社会主义。但是，哈尼未能克服空想社会主义和小资产阶级民主主义的影响，并长期脱离革命斗争。1862年移居美国，1869年写信申请加入第一国际。1888年返英。1897年12月9日病逝。
