| 黄金市场 gold market 专门经营黄金买卖的金融市场。进行黄金交易的有世界各国的公司、银行和私人以及各国官方机构。黄金交易的去向主要是工业用金、私人贮藏、官方储备、投机商牟利等。第二次世界大战后一段时期，由于国际货币基金组织限制其成员的黄金业务，规定各国官方机构不得按与黄金官价（每盎司黄金合35美元）相背离的价格买卖黄金，因此西方官方机构绝大部分是通过美国财政部按黄金官价交易的。1968年黄金总库解散，美国及其他西方国家不再按官价供应黄金，听任市场金价自由波动；1971年8月15日美国宣布不再对外国官方持有的美元按官价兑换黄金。从此，世界上的黄金市场就只有自由市场了。世界上约有40多个城市有黄金市场。在不允许私人进行黄金交易的某些国家，存在着非法黄金市场（黑市）。黑市金价一般较高，因而也伴有走私活动。各国合法的黄金自由市场一般都由受权经营黄金业务的几家银行组成银行团办理。黄金买卖大部分是现货交易，70年代以后黄金期货交易发展迅速。但期货交易的实物交割一般只占交易额的2％左右黄金市场上交易最多的是金条、金砖和金币。 |
