【含量测定】
取本品约2g，精密称定，置分液漏斗中，加乙醚25ml，振摇使基质 溶解，用0.1mol/L盐酸溶液提取3 次，每次10ml，合并提取液，置50ml 量瓶中，加水稀 释至刻度，作为供试品溶液；另取盐酸金霉素对照品约20mg，精密称定，置100ml量瓶中，加 0.01mol/L盐酸溶液并稀释至刻度，摇匀，作为对照品溶液。照盐酸金霉素项下的方法测定。
