108 varieties (materials) from international network for genetic evaluation of rice (INGER) were planted in the twenty-fourth and twenty-fifth international rice cold tolerance nursery (IRCTN) in cold regions for the first time.
采用分期鉴定的方法,首次对国际水稻遗传评价协作网(INGER)提供的108份国际抗冷圃(IRCTN)材料进行抗冷性鉴定,鉴定出苗期抗冷材料20份,分蘖期抗冷材料49份,孕穗期抗冷材料20份,全生育期抗冷材料14份,为育种者提供丰富的抗冷种质资源,拓宽寒地水稻品种抗冷性遗传基础。

补充资料:甜辣面酱
主料:郫县豆瓣100克,花生酱100克,甜面酱200克,蚝油1勺,胡椒粉、冰糖少许,姜
末、蒜蓉、葱米,干红辣椒
辅料:植物油,香醋
制作方法:
1.干红辣椒适量剁碎,
2.把豆瓣剁成茸,与花生酱、甜面酱、蚝油、胡椒粉、少许香醋一起装入盆中,搅拌均
匀成混合料;
3.烧热锅,待油热后,先下姜末、蒜末、葱末、辣椒末爆香,再将混合料倒入锅中,加
入冰糖,改用小火,用手勺慢慢推匀即可。
操作注意:
1.在炒制的过程中需要比较多的油,否则干涩影响口感;
2.甜面酱极容易糊锅,所以要不停的用手勺慢慢推匀;
3.郫县豆瓣和甜面酱中均含有盐分,所以在制作过程中无须另外加盐巴了。
