This investigation intend to research the effect of transformational leadership behavior and leader-member exchange(LMX) on followers’organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) and performance, and whether LMX is a mediator between perceived transformational leadership behaviors and followers’OCB and performance,based on the transformational leadership theory and LMX theory.
