性质:又称柑橘苷。属双氢黄硐-O-苷类化合物。为六至八合物(水),熔点约为83℃。llO℃干燥至恒重得二水合物,为白色针晶,味极苦,熔点169~171℃(甲醇-水),旋光度-83.31°(无水乙醇)。溶于丙酮、乙醇、热水等,微溶于乙醚、氯仿等。来源于芸香科植物柚[Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck],葡萄柚(C.paradisi Macfad.)的果实等。具有抗炎镇痛、抗病毒、抑菌及抑制眼醛糖还原酶的作用。在碱性溶液中,经查尔酮酮化后再加氢得到的二氢查尔酮柚皮苷,具有相当于蔗糖300~500倍的甜度。柚苷衍生得到的新橙皮苷,经加氢处理而制作的二氢查耳酮新橙皮苷,具有相当于蔗糖1500倍的甜度。
