和谐(eongruenee)罗杰斯学说使用的术语，指内在的经验和外在的表现是一致的。当心理处在和谐状态时，人是健康的。当意识中的自我与实际上的经验产生分歧时，个体就会经历不协调(ineongruenee)状态，产生焦虑不安等心理异常现象。 (徐云撰梁宝勇审)
