Scaning the conflict between teachers and students again——A kind of culture analysis;

In China’s universities,conflict between teachers and students is closely linked to the unsoundness of systems which,in detail,lies in the vacancy of systems,the backwardness of systems,the mutual exclusion of systems,and the inclination of systems.

The connotation and the formation cause of the conflict between teachers and students are analyzed.

The analysis of psychological reasons about the conflicts between teachers and students and its countermeasures;

A sociological analysis of the conflicts between teachers and students in P.E. teaching;

Conflicts between teachers and students are generally caused by different opinions,cognitve difference and incompatibility.

The characteristics exist in the power interactivity between the teacher and the student,which not only has conflicts with traditional power,but also becomes the inducement of the teacher-student conflict due to the overrun of disciplinary power.

The existence of theteacher-student conflicts has been used as another important perspective inunderstanding the teacher-student relationship.

Classroom is the basic unit for the implementation of school education, and the phase of junior middle school is the phase with the most teacher-student conflicts.

The study was undertaken to find out the reason for the conflict between students and teachers in middle high schools in Anning District in Lanzhou and the solution to this problem.
