This paper interprets the meaning of “assuming power for the people” from a sociological perspective, reveals its similarity with and differences from “carrying out revolution for the people”, and accordingly, discusses the change of the concept of “for the people” in connotation and denotation resulting from the structural change in social stratum in China.
本文从社会学角度阐释“执政为民”这一命题的价值内涵 ,揭示它与“革命为民”之间的一致性和差异性 ,由此探讨当代中国随着社会阶层的结构性变动而带来“为民”的内涵与外延的变化 ,进而分析执政、为民与权力运作的关系问题。
