主料:面条
辅料:熟牛肉、牛肉汤、黄瓜、熟鸡蛋、红柿子椒、朝鲜辣酱、朝鲜泡菜
调料:盐、香油、芝麻
烹制方法:
1、将面条煮熟捞出过凉,黄瓜、柿子椒、牛肉切成片,鸡蛋切开备用;
2、将煮好的面放入容器中,加入黄瓜、柿子椒、鸡蛋、牛肉,倒入牛肉汤,淋香油,撒上芝麻,放入朝鲜辣酱和泡菜即可。
