主料
鹅1只约2.56公斤,墨鱼1只约960克。
做法
1、将鹅削好洗净,抹干水分,将卤水盆烧滚,把鹅放入直至浸熟,取出起肉上碟。
2、墨鱼削好,拆去大骨,以白卤水浸熟后切薄片铺在卤水鹅肉上即成。
