银丝鲫鱼
原料：
中型鲫鱼1条、白萝卜1/2根、葱2根、姜2片、葱花1大匙
辅料：
(1)酒1大匙、清水5杯
(2)盐1茶匙、胡椒粉少许
(3)姜末1茶匙、醋1/2大匙、酱油1大匙
做法：
1 鲫鱼洗净，白萝卜切丝。
2 先用2大匙油爆香葱、姜，焦黄时捞除，将鲫鱼放入，略煎后加入(1)料烧开。
3 改小火，并放入白萝卜丝同煮，熟软时加盐调味。
4 加入(2)料的胡椒粉，并撒入葱花即可盛出。
5 食用时附上(3)料以供蘸食鱼肉。
tips：
1.煮汤时最好加盖并改小火，可使汤汁浓白，萝卜丝较快熟软。
2.鲫鱼不要买太小的，免得肉层太薄，只能喝汤无肉可食。
