土豆250克,吉士粉、鸡蛋、盐、白糖、淀粉、番茄沙司各适量。
≮美食做法≯
1、将土豆去皮,洗净切条,放入碗内,加盐、蛋黄、吉士粉拌匀待用。
2、锅内注油烧至五成热,下入薯条,用小火慢炸,炸至金黄色取出装盘。
3、锅内留少许油放入番茄沙司、白糖,翻炒几下,用水淀粉勾成芡,盛在碟里,随薯条食用。
