补充资料:炸苹果圈
原料:
青苹果一只,面包糠500g,生粉,面粉,吉士粉,泡打粉各适量。
调味: 盐,牛肉粉(没有的话,细辣椒粉也可以)
制作方法:
1.把苹果削皮后切成圆片,挖去果核,形成一个圈。
2.把生粉,面粉,吉士粉,泡打粉,盐,牛肉粉等混合加水调成糊。
3.将苹果圈挂糊,然后沾上面包糠,下油锅炸至金黄即可。
注: 泡打粉起发泡作用,用量不必过多。
如果先用低温炸熟,再用高温炸黄,那颜色更好看。
