补充资料：炸苹果圈
原料：
青苹果一只，面包糠500g，生粉，面粉，吉士粉，泡打粉各适量。
调味： 盐，牛肉粉（没有的话，细辣椒粉也可以）
制作方法：
1.把苹果削皮后切成圆片，挖去果核，形成一个圈。
2.把生粉，面粉，吉士粉，泡打粉，盐，牛肉粉等混合加水调成糊。
3.将苹果圈挂糊，然后沾上面包糠，下油锅炸至金黄即可。
注： 泡打粉起发泡作用，用量不必过多。
如果先用低温炸熟，再用高温炸黄，那颜色更好看。
