主料:梨 哈密瓜 苹果
辅料:西瓜 猕猴桃 小番茄
调料:红酒 汽水 白糖 色拉酱
烹制方法:
1、坐锅点火放入白糖,加少许水,炒至糖变色后,将苹果、哈密瓜、梨切成块放入,再倒入红酒,烧制片刻后放入汽水、白糖炒匀即可;
2、将剩余的水果切成块,加入色拉酱制成水果沙拉即可。
特点:口味独特,爽口消暑。
