| 黑麦 Secale cereale 禾本科黑麦属一年生或越年生草本。粮、饲兼用作物。原产地阿富汗、伊朗、土耳其一带。主要栽培区域在北欧,前苏联生产最多,其次为波兰、德国、捷克、斯洛伐克、加拿大和美国等。因适应性和抗逆性强,多分布在贫瘠地区的沙性土壤中。黑麦须根系发达,可深入土中120~180厘米。茎秆细长有韧性,叶较小麦短小。穗状花序,穗形细长,每穗有30~40个小穗,每小穗通常有两朵结实小花,结实率70%左右。子粒细长,顶端有毛,淡褐色或青灰色。有冬春性之分,冬黑麦产量高于春黑麦。对白粉病免疫,抗条锈和秆锈病的能力也较强,但抗叶锈病较差,且易感染赤霉病和麦角病。栽培管理与小麦相似。黑麦有自交不亲合性和自交退化现象。可用育性好的自交系配成综合品种;经人工诱变成同源四倍体黑麦;与普通小麦杂交,杂种经染色体加倍成八倍体小黑麦。子粒含蛋白质9%~11%,略低于小麦,但赖氨酸含量高于小麦。可食用、酿酒和作精饲料,茎秆可作饲料、造纸、编织工艺品和绿肥等。 |
