材料:面粉、猪油、黄油、鸡蛋、云腿、糖、盐
制作过程:
1.制面皮:猪油、黄油、鸡蛋、糖适量、盐一小勺,打散搅拌均匀(其实我就搅
了几十下,很容易),然后加适量面粉,揉均面团;
2.制馅料:1)云腿切丁上锅蒸熟;
2)炒熟面:热锅放猪油少许,待猪油化开放干面粉,不断搅拌至颜色略深;
3)云腿丁、熟面、糖,搅拌均匀,如果太干,可以加一点猪油;
3.包月饼:1)制好的馅料放在冰箱里片刻,等待猪油结成块,这样比较容易包起来;
2)面团上取适量小块,用手揉匀(因为有油所以很容易变软揉开),用手拍打成饼状(擀也可以,但是有点粘),包馅儿,把开口处捏在一起,然后倒置过来整形,放在涂了油的烤盘上;
4.烤制:烤箱预热220度,烤大概25分钟即可,其间刷蛋液两次。
