诀窍:(1)香甜酒勿添加过量,否则会掩盖咖啡的风味。
(2)香甜酒1/2oz种类不拘,如野莓香甜酒(solegin)、紫罗兰酒(parfaitamour)、绿薄荷酒(greencremedementhe)、白橙皮酒(triplesec)、樱桃白兰地(cherrybrandy)
味道:香甜、醇。
材料:热咖啡1杯、香甜酒1/2oz、鲜奶油适量、糖包。
程序:热咖啡1杯约8分满,加入1/2oz香甜酒,上面再旋转一层鲜奶油,附上糖包即可上桌。
(适合饮用时间:下午、晚上)
