1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、检查三角皮带的松紧度与磨损情整,如过紧、过松,或磨损严重,应予调况或更换。
3、先点动试车,然后空运转2-3分钟,检查传动系统(电动机、减速器)以及压杆与塞杆的运动是否正常,确认一切正常后,方可进行生产。
4、工作后,清理设备时,要特别清理料槽中和套筒里的积砂。
