顶部间隙减小,或刮大轴瓦两侧的油楔,增加轴承的楠回度;也可采取提高进油温度的措施来降低油的猫度,或缩短轴瓦的长度,适当加大比压(轴瓦单位垂直投形面积上的轴颈载荷)。youmo zhendong油膜振荡(011 whipping)由滑动轴承支承的汽轮发电机组的转子由于轴承油膜反作用力而引起的自激振动。此时发电机轴颈中心在轴承中作回旋涡动,在轴转速接近并超过轴系第一临界转速两倍时与轴系固有的横向振动产生共振,又称共振涡动。在汽轮发电机组起动升速过程中,最初转子的轴颈绕轴颈中心旋转,运转是稳定的,当外界有扰动力使轴颈中心离开原来稳定旋转时的位里,新的油膜力有一切向分量推动轴颈中心绕原来稳定旋转时的中心涡动,即轴颈在振动,但振幅不大,其振荡频率稍低于转子转速的一半,故又称半频振荡或半速涡动。当转子转速超过二倍临界转速时,涡动转速维持与临界转速相等,并引起激烈的共振,轴颈振幅突然增大而不衰减,严重时导致轴承油膜破坏以及转轴损坏。 为了避免油膜振荡,最好采用可倾瓦轴承或油囊式轴承,或采用椭圆瓦轴承,以提高轴承的稳定性(见抽系德定性)。在现场消除油膜振荡,可根据增大轴颈在轴承内的偏心率的原则,修刮上下轴瓦的中分面使
