补充资料：草莓豆沙糯米糍
1）去皮豌豆500g（带皮的也可以）洗净，煮前可以泡几个小时。
2）豆子在冷水锅中煮烂。
3）取一个小盆，里头放半盆清水。将煮烂的豌豆舀入筛子中洗出豆沙。如果是有皮的豆子就用手抓捏洗出豆皮。
4）洗好的豆沙是很细腻的糊糊。
5）取一块干净的屉布或餐巾，底下垫个碗。把洗好的豆沙糊糊倒在布上，一次不要太多，像攥白菜馅一样拧去水分。
6）豌豆粉沥干水分。再准备色拉油80ml（橄榄油、猪油都可以，只是不要用花生油，会有怪味道），白糖250g，如果有桂花酱也准备一些。
7）炒锅里放油烧热，加入豌豆粉炒熟。
8）待炒至水分蒸发后加糖再炒，这时可以加桂花酱。
9）豆沙盛出，冷却以后就可以了。
自己做的豆沙吃起来放心，甜度也适中。
