西洋菜蜜枣瘦肉汤
材料：鲜西洋菜500~750克，蜜枣5个，鲜猪瘦肉250克，食盐适量。
制作：洗净猪瘦肉，并切粗件备用。西洋菜洗干净。然后将西洋菜、蜜枣、猪瘦肉同放入汤煲内，加入适量清水，用中火煲煮2~3小时，调味即可。
功效：本汤能清肺热，润肺燥。
