温和灸 温和灸 悬起灸之。又称温灸。是将艾条燃着的一端与施灸部位的皮肤保持一寸左右距离，使有温热而无灼痛的一种方法。亦有认为相对烧灼灸而言，凡可使患者产生温热感觉的灸法，均称为温和灸。一般每次灸至皮肤潮红为止。用于一般灸法适应症。
