| 艾炷灸法 将艾绒先捏成大小不等的圆锥体放在穴位上，然后点燃施灸的一种艾灸方法。由于这种圆锥体的艾绒，古称艾炷，故称艾炷灸法。艾炷灸可分为直接灸和间接灸两种。 ①直接灸。又称着肤灸、明灸。把艾炷直接放在皮肤上而施灸。为防止艾炷倾倒，可事先在皮肤上涂一点蒜汁、粥汤、清水或酒精等。艾炷灸又包括瘢痕灸、无瘢痕灸、骑竹马灸、三角灸。②间接灸。又称隔物灸。在艾绒与皮肤之间隔垫上某种药物或他物，然后点燃艾炷施灸。当患者感觉灼热时，则换炷再灸，直至皮肤呈红润为度。包括隔姜灸、隔蒜灸、隔盐灸等多种隔物灸，要根据病情选择施用。 |
