艾灸补泻 艾灸方法名。亦称火补火泻。指艾灸时以火力大小区分补泻的方法。《灵枢·背腧》：“以火补者，勿吹其火，须自灭也；以火泻者，疾吹其火，传其艾，须其火灭也。”凡火力由小到大，慢慢燃尽者为补法，有温阳补虚的作用。如吹旺其火，使病人觉烫者为泻法，有祛寒散结的作用。
