为了减小带钢表面的横折印缺陷,通过建立平整机开卷过程有限元模型,研究了冷轧带钢钢卷在开卷过程中应力的大小分布及影响因素,分析了开卷张力、板厚、粘结程度和钢卷半径等与产生横折印的关系,提出了减小带钢在打开过程中的反弯和罩式炉中的粘结程度来克服带钢表面横折印缺陷的途径,并发现增大开卷张力有利于减轻或避免横折印的产生,消除了关于开卷张力与横折印关系的错误认识。

粘结强度
