主料
豆腐4件，葱2两（约80克），红辣椒1只，五香粉1茶匙，胡椒粉、盐各适量。
做法
1、用刀将豆腐切件，五香粉加1杯水搅成椒盐水浸豆腐10分钟至入味，再蒸3分钟至熟。
2、将葱和红椒切碎，加入椒盐（五香粉加盐炒香而成）和胡椒粉拌匀，酿于豆腐上，最后扑上一层生粉。
3、把油烧热，豆腐以武火下锅，文火浸热，再以武火炸至金黄色起镬即成。
备注
1、蒸豆腐不能过火。
2、可用不同形状的切模，把豆腐切成不同形状。
