补充资料:金菊斑鱼汤
配方:鲜菊花50克石斑鱼肉200克鸡汤400毫升盐5克姜5克大蒜10克
制作:1.鲜菊花洗净,石斑鱼洗净切薄片,去鱼刺,姜切丝,大蒜去皮切片。
2.炖锅内加入鸡汤,置武火烧沸,下入鱼片、菊花、姜、蒜文火煮8分钟加入盐即成。
食法:每日1次,佐餐食用。
功效:疏风清热,降低血压。高血压,风痰上逆型患者食用。
