补充资料:麻证口渴
麻证口渴 麻证口渴 病证名。指麻疹发热而口渴。《麻证新书》:“麻证原是火邪,心火内亢,肺焦胃枯,津液干涸,发热之时,未有不渴,不可以冷水与饮,只宜绿豆或芝麻或陈炒米煎汤饮之。”如麻疹初起口渴、热重者,多挟温热,治宜凉透,用银翘散加天花粉。如疹出始烦渴者,为胃热,宜凉透清胃,兼以保津,用白虎加人参汤加竹叶、银花、连翘之类。如收没期而口渴不止,为胃枯津涸,宜用甘淡养阴之剂,如增液汤等。
