桑叶6克,菊花6克,薄荷 3克,苦竹叶15克,蜂蜜少许,加适量水,煮沸,代茶频服。桑叶清肺热;菊花疏散风热,明目平肝;薄荷为疏散风热之要药,能迅速解除发热头痛等症状。有高血压或头痛、目糊之患者也较为适宜。
