以往有研究考查了教师持有的创造力培养观和他们做出的创造性教学行为,关于两者的关系,有研究认为,教师的创造性教学行为受其创造力培养观的影响,教师具有什么样的观念,就会做出与之相对应的创造性教学行为;而另外的研究则发现两者并不是一一对应的。
