| 焦虑 anxiety 由紧张、焦急、忧虑、担心和恐惧等感受交织而成的一种复杂的情绪反应。它可以在人遭受挫折时出现，也可能没有明显的诱因而发生，即在缺乏充分客观根据的情况下出现某些情绪紊乱。焦虑状态通常伴有生理变化，主要是植物性神经系统活动亢进。在交感神经系统方面表现有心跳加速 、血压上升、皮肤苍白、手心出汗、口干舌燥和呼吸变深等 ； 在副交感神经方面表现有尿意频繁、小便次数增加，恶心、呕吐、腹泻，甚至大小便失禁。严重的焦虑时，可见肌张力增高，出现刻板动作，消化不良或食欲减退以及睡眠障碍 。严重而持续的焦虑反应还有注意力集中困难、联想和记忆能力减弱、工作效率降低、社会活动能力下降和性行为能力减退等。病态性焦虑多见于各种焦虑症。焦虑还可由非病理心理情况引起，例如维生素B1的严重缺乏、低血糖综合征和边缘叶病变等引起。 |
