认知行为矫正(eognitive一behaviorm。-difi。ation)在过去的20多年中，行为治疗有了很大的发展。这种治疗与心理动力学的心理治疗和来访者为中J心的心理治疗明显不同，它把来访者的行为问题看成是广义的“学习”或条件反射形成的结果:因此，这类行为问题也可通过学习或训练来矫正。最近，行为治疗学家们虽然仍然强调学习理论，但其理论观点出现了一些重要变化，其中最重要的进展是确认认知过程在行为治疗中起着重要作用。因此，认知行为矫正的方法开始广泛用来处理儿童和青少年的行为问题。认知行为矫正是通过影响来访者的思维方式以矫正行为和情绪的一种治疗方法。在这类方法中，通过直接操作和对适应不良性认知的重建，试图改变特殊的知觉、想像、思维和信念。认知行为矫正包括:贝克(Beok，A.T，1976)的认知治疗、艾里斯(Ellis，A.，1970)理性情绪治疗、戈德夫雷特(G。ldfried，MR，.1974)等的系统理性重建、麦生保(，Meiehenbaum，D.，1977)的自我指导训练和斯皮瓦克(SPivack，G.，1974)等的问题解决法虽然这些方法之间有很明显的差别，但都有一个明显的共同点，即通过直接矫正错误认知，以引起不适宜行为的改变。 (徐俊见撰粱宝勇审)
