Along with the rapid development of basic education,problems of development of teachers in rural areas is becoming more and more apparent,such as talents drain,low income,aging,limited professional development and worsen environment.

This article aims to analyze the problems and their causes of the continuing education of teachers in rural areas(including teachers in primary and middle schools in this article).

In general,there are many issues for rural teacher,which are adverse to promote the development of education.

Currently the strategic point in the teachers’ development consists in training rural teachers’ ability and improving their professional competence and quality.

There exist certain problems in the countryside teachers,such as insufficiencies in structures,and redundancies in overall establishment.

Through the train of countryside teachers in curriculum reform,we find some questions of curriculum reform in countryside,and put forward some measures to improve it.

Unified city and countryside education development will offer the opportunity of fair national education for both countryside teachers and city teachers, which will be beneficial for the specialized growth of countryside teaching staff.
