性质:又称高三尖杉酯碱,后莫哈林通碱,高粗榧碱。无色棱柱状结晶。熔点144~146℃。旋光度[α]D-119°(c=0.96,氯仿)。天然存在于粗榧科植物三尖杉(Cephalotaxus fortunei Hook. f.)小枝、叶,粗榧(C. harringtonia var. clrupacea),海南粗榧(C. hainanesis Li)等植物中。可用化学合成法制得。本品具有抗肿瘤作用,能延长白血病小鼠L615的生命,对小鼠淋巴细胞白血病P388有明显的抑制作用。临床上用于治疗白血病。研究表明:本品具有抑制肿瘤细胞蛋白质合成,抑制肿瘤细胞DNA聚合酶活性,抑制癌基因表达,抗肿瘤转移等作用。临床主要用于治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL),对慢性粒细胞白血病(CGLL),真性红细胞增多症(PV),恶性淋巴瘤等也有效。与其他抗癌药合用可提高疗效。
