鸡爪麻花
鸡爪麻花因形似鸡爪而得名，是柘城县安平集名产，清朝雍正年间曾被列为贡品。原是王氏祖辈以此为业，传至王安平一辈时，因乏嗣无后，方传此技于好友周大江，至今周家已传四代100余年。
鸡爪麻花成品嫩黄、油光透亮、 香脆酥焦、风味独特。存放半月仍酥脆如故；浸放在开水里十几分钟，仍香酥不减，依如新出；折下一股可当纸枚点火吸烟，如一股接一股地点着，一根鸡爪麻花可照明走一里路。
