Methods Surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS)Proteinchip technology was used to detect plasma from 33 patients with advanced ovarian cancer(FIGO stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ)and 31 control individuals.
方法采用表面增强激光解吸/离子化飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术,对33例晚期(FIGOⅢ、Ⅳ期)卵巢癌及31例对照血浆标本进行检测,结合生物信息学的支持向量机(support vector machines,SVM)方法用晚期卵巢癌和对照组血浆的蛋白质谱建立诊断模型;运用此模型对11例早期(FIGOⅠ、Ⅱ期)卵巢癌进行盲法测试以探讨用于早期卵巢癌诊断的可行性。
