Methods: The sera of health adult, HBV related chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma were respectively detected by surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of- flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS).
方法:本研究采用表面增强激光解析离子化飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术,对32例正常对照、85例HBV相关慢性肝炎、30例肝硬化和26例肝癌术前患者的血清进行检测,筛选差异蛋白。

Methods Serum samples from 7 cases of HCC patients and 7 cases of HBV infected carriers were collected respectively, special protein or peptide spectra was determined by SELDI-TOF-MS measurement after treating the sample onto two kinds of prote.
