In order to get the different effect on steel ingot inner structure while using ultrasonic vibration under various conditions, the experiments compare with and without ultrasonic vibration on the water-cooling solidified paraffin ingot under different casting temperature and time, and gets a better ingot inner structure under a comparative lower temperature (<62 ℃) while the yield is reduced.
