采用活性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对Aspergillusficuum产果聚糖酶体系进行了分离 ,获得8条谱带 ;进一步运用薄层色谱 (TLC)和高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法进行分析 ,发现 8条谱带中有 3条属于外切菊粉酶 ,2条属于内切菊粉酶 ,证明了Aspergillusficuum能同时产内切菊粉酶和外切菊粉酶 。
