  Tobiasen等对590名烧伤患者资料分析后总结出来一种判断烧伤严重程度的指标。其方法是对下列各项目给以评分,然后根据总分判断伤情:①性别:女性1分,男性0分;②年龄:20岁以下为0分,以后每增加20岁加1分;③吸入性损伤1分,全身烧伤1分;④烧伤面积10%以下为1分,每增加10%烧伤面积加1分。所得总分2~3分者存活率可达99%;4~5分者病情属中等,存活率达98%;总分6~7分者病情属中等危重,存活率为80%~90%;总分8~9分者,病情严重,存活率为50%~20%;总分10~11分者病情危重,存活率为20%~40%;总分12~13分者极危重,存活率不超过10%。
