工艺：制百合粉是先把洗净泥沙的生百合加水，用臼捣烂，滤去渣滓，静置半天，使它沉淀后，倒去面上的水，把沉淀的粉质放入清水中漂洗一二天，然后去水晒干，就成为百合粉。
功效：百合粉性凉，富含淀粉、脂肪、蛋白质及微量水仙碱和钙、磷、钾等，不但具有较高营养价值，而且还有滋补强壮，润肺上咳，清热利尿，宁心安神，理脾健胃等功效。能起到人参的部分作用，成为清补佳品。患肺结核、吐血、支气管炎、痰中带血、神经衰弱等症者，常食百合粉，能治病补身，增进体质。
