| 百合 Lily 百合科百合属多年生草本植物的总称。为著名球根花卉。其地下鳞茎由许多肉质鳞瓣相互抱合而成，可供食用。全属80余种，中国产41种。地下鳞茎外无皮膜，地上茎不分枝。花被6裂，颜色白 、粉红、橙 、橘红、洋红或紫色，有的具赤褐色斑点。常有芳香。中国的主要栽培种类有百合、兰州百合、卷丹、麝香百合、王百合、山丹。百合性耐寒而不耐热。宜富含腐殖质、排水良好的微酸性土。其中王百合略能耐碱性土。卷丹较耐阳光照射。以分球繁殖为主。可用经 2～3年培养、已达花龄的子球作种球。有些种类能形成种子的，可播种繁殖，一般需5～6年才达花龄，少数种类1～2年即可开花。病害很多，主要有细菌性软腐病、立枯病等。
百合可用作园林观赏，也可盆栽观赏，还适作切花。鳞茎富含营养，其干、鲜品及加工制品可供食用或入药。 |
