This article aims to analyze the problems and their causes of the continuing education of teachers in rural areas(including teachers in primary and middle schools in this article).

人有奇疾弗能名,郁如病草无勾萌。

门之无父咀之剂、针石之兵,惟有日两炊饭折足铛。
乃云太上亲传一管笔、三轴经,无忧祖师传至我,我奉行之无足惊!吾闻上古俞跗善疗疾,不施汤液、尚须皮毛解剥净洗五藏腥,如何三经一笔乃尔灵!人报以金掷之如瓦砾,以廉售欲岂比长安清,亦何必隐居辛苦注草经。
呜呼,人生喜怒悲乐病易成,须发日槁为星星。
便从炼炼师乞浆啖火枣,青华定录共见茅君盈。
