| 烂喉痧 因感受温热邪毒而引起的以咽喉肿痛糜烂，肤表痧显现为特征的温毒疾病。又称烂喉痧、时喉痧、疫喉痧等。传染性强，容易引起流行。多发于冬春两季。因人体正气不足，感受温热邪毒而发病，治法上重在清泄热毒。常见证型有：①毒侵肺卫型烂喉痧。证见发热恶寒，身痛口渴，咽喉肿痛或点状糜烂，肌肤痧隐隐，舌红苔白脉浮数。治宜疏表宣肺泄热，方用清咽汤。②毒壅气分型烂喉痧。证见壮热口渴，烦躁，咽喉红肿糜烂，肌肤痧显露，舌红苔黄，脉洪数。治宜清气解毒，方用清心凉膈散。③气血两燔型烂喉痧。证见高热口渴，谵语妄言，咽喉肿烂，痧密布，舌绛起刺，状如杨梅，脉细数。治宜清气凉营，清热解毒，方用凉营清气汤。④余毒伤阴型烂喉痧。证见咽喉肿轻痛减，肌肤痧消退，午后低热，口渴心烦，舌红干，脉细数。治宜滋阴生津。方用清咽养营汤。在咽喉肿痛极期，还可外吹锡类散以配合治疗。 |
