补充资料：刮痧
民间推拿方法的一种，又作刮沙。其法为用边缘光滑的瓷器、或硬币、或角质板，沾取植物油或温水，刮颈项、肩胛、背部或肋间等处，自上而下，由内向外反复数次，直至皮肤出现紫红色为止。刮痧具有舒筋活络、通畅经脉、驱除邪毒的作用。常用于治疗感冒、中暑、恶心、呕吐、头昏、头胀、胸闷、腹痛、腹泻、食积、晕车、晕船、水土不服等病症。刮痧后，皮肤会出现红、紫、黑斑或黑疮，临床称为"出痧"，是一种正常的治疗效应，数天后可自行消失。刮痧后的1～2天，被刮拭的皮肤部位出现轻度疼痛、发痒，或自觉体表冒冷、热气，皮肤表面出现风疹样变化等情况，均是正常现象。两次刮痧时间一般间隔3～6天，以皮肤上的痧斑完全消失为准。3～5次为一疗程。临床注意事项：①孕妇的腹部、腰骶部及乳头禁刮；②有出血倾向的疾病如白血病、血小板减少等禁刮；③皮肤过敏、皮肤病及外伤骨折处禁刮；④心、肝、肾功能衰竭，肝硬化腹水，全身重度浮肿者禁刮；⑤大血管显露处禁刮；⑥五官、前后二阴、肚脐处禁刮；⑦小儿囟门未合时，头颈部禁刮。
