上髎 上髎 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。属足太阳膀胱经。在骶部，当髂后上棘与后正中线之间，适对第一骶后孔处。布有第一骶神经后支和骶外侧动、静脉后支。主治腰骶疼痛，月经不调，赤白带下，大小便不利，下肢痿痹等。直刺1-1.5寸。艾炷灸3-7壮；或艾条灸5-15分钟。
